Working Principle

Multiple straightening rollers are symmetrically arranged on the main shaft of the straightening machine. After the rebar is fed into the gap between the roller sets, the rotating rollers clamp and drive the rebar forward.  Simultaneously, the compressive force of the rollers eliminates bending stress and deformation in the rebar, achieving automated and continuous straightening.
