Construction sites are harsh. A rebar bending machine’s reliability depends on its pivot parts (pins and bushings, also called piles and sleeves).
Pins and bushings take the full force of high-tensile steel reinforcement bars.
Worn parts cause wrong bending angles and more stress on the machine’s motor.

Full Size Range: Diameters 20mm–100mm. Works for different rebar thicknesses and 4D/5D bending radii.
Strong Material: Forged 40Cr or Cr12MoV alloy steel. Pins and bushings stay straight and undamaged under high torque.
Induction Hardening: All parts are vacuum-treated. Great wear resistance for heavy construction work.
Precise Fit: Precision-ground to avoid wobbling on the bender’s center plate.
Customizable: We make rebar bending machine accessories based on your needs.
We research, develop, produce, and sell core tools and accessories for rebar processing.

Straightening-cutting machines
Used in: Construction, bridges, tunnels, rebar processing plants, precast component lines.
Treated with quenching and low-temperature tempering (wear-resistant, impact-resistant).
Finely ground cutting edge: Smooth, no jams. Good for batch rebar cutting.
Square modular design: Rotate 4 sides. Lowers replacement and maintenance costs.
Customizable: Matches your bending machine model and bending radius.
Precise heat treatment: Good fatigue resistance and stable size.
Precise bending angle: No rebound. Bends rebar at multiple angles. No chipping or deformation.
Cutting machines: Fixed blade holders, connecting rods, sliders, gear shafts
Bending machines: Central shafts, bending discs, clamps, positioning baffles
Straightening machines: Straightening wheels, traction wheels, cutter assemblies
Meets original equipment standards: High precision, perfect fit, easy to install.
Surface treatments (carburizing, quenching, galvanizing): Rust-resistant, wear-resistant. Extends equipment life.
Advanced equipment: CNC machining centers, hardness and precision testing tools.
Strict quality control: Inspect every step from raw materials to finished products.
Non-standard customization: Design tools/accessories based on your equipment and needs.

Q: Why do rebar bending machines need different diameter forming shafts?
A: Different rebar diameters need different bending radii. Changing the forming shaft ensures correct angles and protects rebar.
Q: Do 45# steel and 40Cr steel need heat treatment?
A: Yes. Heat treatment brings out their full mechanical properties.
Pins are core load-bearing parts. They take radial pressure, torsion, and repeated friction.
Hardness directly affects service life, stability, and safety.
Pins with poor hardness fail fast, causing equipment breakdowns or accidents.
Pins touch rebar and bending discs. Low HRC causes wear, dents, and wrong angles.
Qualified pins: Surface HRC45~55 (core surface up to HRC58~62).
Pins take large pressure and slight torsion when bending.
Low hardness causes deformation; poor hardness-toughness causes brittle fracture.
Tempered pins (HRC45~55): Strong and tough. No jams or flying rebar.
Lower Maintenance Costs: Qualified pins wear slowly. Less replacement, less downtime. Saves money and keeps work on track.
Each section: Diameter + tolerance (e.g., h6/h7 for mating sections, f8 for non-mating) + length + tolerance.
Special-shaped parts: Keyway width/depth, taper angle/length. Mark no transition angle clearly.
Ends: Flat/round/countersunk head. Mark spherical radius (round head) or countersunk depth/diameter (countersunk head).
Specify heat treatment process (e.g., tempering, surface hardening + tempering) + hardness (e.g., overall HRC45~50, surface HRC58~62). Mark where to test hardness.
Recommended materials: 45# steel, 40Cr (best for heavy-duty special-shaped pins).
Daily Lubrication: Use heavy-duty lithium grease on bushings to remove dust and grit.
Check for Scoring: Replace pins with deep grooves right away to avoid damaging the bending arm.
Correct Sizing: Bushing inner diameter must match the pin perfectly. A 0.5 mm gap can cause serious failure under high torque.
