9CrSi: A cost-effective option. It works well for regular low and medium strength rebar, ideal for small and medium construction projects.
Cr12MoV: Heavy wear-resistant material. It lasts 2 to 3 times longer than 9CrSi, perfect for continuous cutting of standard high-strength rebar.
H13: Features great toughness and heat resistance. It rarely chips or breaks, making it ideal for high-speed cutting lines, hot-rolled rebar, thick rebar and scrap rebar processing.
Material mismatch: Hard but brittle materials cannot withstand strong impact when cutting thick or ultra-hard rebar. Switching to H13 blades can effectively solve this problem.
Incorrect blade gap: A gap that is too wide or too narrow between upper and lower blades causes uneven force, which leads to edge chipping.
Unprofessional heat treatment: All our blades adopt vacuum heat treatment to achieve uniform hardness inside and out, which greatly lowers the chipping rate.
Wear resistance: Cr12MoV wears much slower. Under the same working conditions, it delivers 2–3 times more cuts than 9CrSi.
Overall cost: 9CrSi has a lower initial purchase price. Though Cr12MoV costs slightly more upfront, it requires far fewer replacements, helping you save more on long-term operating costs.

Specifications of processed rebar (diameter and strength grade)
Rotate blades regularly: Most of our blades have 4 to 8 usable edges. Rotate the blade in time once an edge turns dull.
Fasten installation bolts: Loose blades will bear violent impact during cutting and get damaged easily.
Set a reasonable blade gap: Keep the gap at about 10% of the rebar diameter for smooth and stable cutting.
H13 (SKD61, HRC 50–55): Offers a perfect balance of hardness and toughness. It resists chipping extremely well, ideal for high-speed production lines and thick ribbed TMT bars.
Cr12MoV (SKD11, HRC 61–64): Features ultra-high wear resistance for ordinary steel cutting. However, it is relatively brittle and easy to crack under continuous heavy impact.
Built to standard sizes for thickness, mounting holes and cutting shape
Compatible with most mainstream machines around the world
One blade works for multiple units, making stock management easier and cutting storage expenses
Square blades: Four cutting edges, longer service life, ideal for high-volume cutting work
Rectangular blades: One to two cutting edges, designed for smaller cutting machines
Ordinary round steel: Go with 9CrSi or Cr12MoV for solid performance at a low cost
High-strength ribbed rebar: Choose H13 to stop chipping and ensure steady heavy-duty use
Even hardness across the entire blade
Cutting edges stay sharp much longer
Resist chipping and early wear
Grade 60 rebar cutter blade: Reliable cutting performance for Grade 60 rebar, widely used in Pakistan
500W TMT bar shear blade: Delivers clean cuts for 500W / 500 TMT bars, a top choice for Bangladesh worksites
Four sharp cutting edges on each block
Simply rotate the block 90 degrees once one edge wears down
Four times longer service life, helping you cut operational costs
Greatly reduce blade breakage and edge chipping
Professional technical support for tough cutting tasks
Minimize unexpected machine downtime
Every product passes strict hardness testing before delivery
Cut down blade replacement frequency significantly
Save money on shipping, storage and spare part purchases
Proper blade gap ensures smooth cuts
