A: Our heavy-duty blades use genuine H13 tool steel, also marked 1.2344 or SKD61. This alloy steel balances wear resistance, shock resistance and heat resistance, fit for long-time heavy rebar cutting.
A: Blades are treated with vacuum quenching and repeated tempering, hardness controlled HRC50-55. Such hardness keeps long edge life and stops edge crack or collapse under heavy cutting load.
A: We accept full OEM customization. Make blades as per your CAD/PDF drawings, real samples or common machine types. Custom hole spacing, sink holes and four-edge design are available.
A: Every piece gets anti-rust oil coating, wrapped with anti-rust grease paper, then packed in solid export wooden cases.
A: Actual cutting ton changes with rebar thickness and steel quality. Our H13 blades work two to three times longer than common carbon steel blades. Most blades have four usable cutting sides, turn around to use all edges and save replacement cost.
