Balance Hardness & Toughness: Excessively hard steel is easy to break under heavy impact. Our alligator shear blades adopt a balanced hardness and toughness design, resisting strong impact and avoiding fracture in harsh cutting environments.
Rotate Blades On Time: Do not operate shears with dull blade edges. Timely rotation avoids internal micro-cracks caused by excessive cutting pressure on hydraulic alligator shear blades.
Maintain Correct Blade Clearance: Regularly adjust and calibrate the gap between moving and fixed blades with gaskets. Too wide a gap will cause metal jamming; too narrow a gap will lead to friction, heat damage and edge wear on heavy-duty crocodile shear blades.
