I. Mainstream Material Grades and Metallurgical Properties (Engineering Grade)

1. Cr12MoV (SKD11 / 1.2379) — Preferred for General Use

- Reference Composition: C 1.45–1.70%, Si ≤0.40%, Mn ≤0.40%, Cr 11.0–13.0%, Mo 0.40–0.60%, V 0.15–0.30%, S/P ≤0.03%

- Hardness: HRC 58–62 (standard); HRC 60–64 (deep cryogenic treatment)

- Performance: High wear resistance, anti-chipping, small deformation; suitable for HRB400/500 deformed steel bars and conventional cutting of Φ6–50mm steel bars

- Applicable Models: GQ40, GQ50, GQ60 general-purpose models

2. H13 (SKD61 / 1.2344) — Preferred for High Strength/Heavy Duty/Hot Shearing

- Reference Composition: C 0.32–0.45%, Si 0.80–1.20%, Mn 0.20–0.50%, Cr 4.75–5.50%, Mo 1.10–1.75%, V 0.80–1.20%

- Hardness: HRC 48–54 (heavy-duty cutting); HRC 54–56 (straightening and cutting)

- Performance: High toughness, impact resistance, thermal fatigue resistance, and not easy to break; suitable for large-diameter, high-strength steel bars and continuous heavy loads

- Application: GQ50/GQ60, steel rolling flying shears, prestressed steel bar cutting

3. 9CrSi (9SiCr) — Economical/Light-Duty Cutting

- Composition: C 0.85–0.95%, Si 1.20–1.60%, Cr 0.95–1.25%, Mn 0.30–0.60%

- Hardness: HRC 58–60

- Performance: General wear resistance, medium toughness, low cost; suitable for light-load cutting of Φ6–25mm round steel

II. Standard Dimensions and Tolerances (GQ40/GQ50/GQ60)

- GQ40: 83×83×16/18/20mm; 90×90×18/20mm; single/double holes

- GQ50: 90×90×20/22/25mm; 100×100×25/28mm; double/four holes

III. Heat Treatment and Process Specifications

- Process: Forging (forging ratio ≥3) → Spheroidizing Annealing → Precision Machining → Vacuum Quenching → Deep Cryogenic Treatment (-70℃ to -80℃) → Low-Temperature Tempering (2–3 times)

- Quenching Temperature: Cr12MoV: 1020–1050℃; H13: 1000–1030℃

- Tempering Temperature: Cr12MoV: 180–220℃; H13: 520–560℃

- Hardness Uniformity: ≤±1 HRC for the same blade

- Surface: Precision Grinding Ra 0.4–0.8μm; TiN/TiCN coating optional (HRC 80+, anti-adhesive blade)

IV. Shear Gap and Cutting Quality Standards (Key)

1. Gap Standards (Blade Side Gap)

- Φ6–20mm: 0.3mm

- Φ20–32mm: 0.4mm

- Φ32–50mm: 0.5mm

- Dynamic Gap: 0.02–0.05mm

2. Cutting Quality

- Length Error: ≤±3mm

- End Face Inclination: ≤1.5°

- No splitting, horseshoe shape, or burrs (depth ≤0.3mm)

- Cutting Edge Wear: ≤0.6mm (replacement threshold)

V. Service Life and Replacement Indicators

- Cr12MoV: Approximately 200–300 tons of conventional steel bars per cutting edge

- H13: Approximately 150–250 tons of heavy-load steel bars per cutting edge
