Take an inside look at our manufacturing facility! Watch the precision surface grinding process of our industrial metal shear blades, engineered for clean cuts and unmatched durability.
In metalworking and scrap recycling, your production line’s efficiency depends entirely on your Metal Shear Blades. Low-quality or ill-fitting blades don’t just hurt output—they also damage expensive hydraulic cylinders and drive systems.
Hydraulic Shear Blades: These are the main cutting tools for hydraulic shearing machines, with two common styles: swing and Guillotine Shear Blades (gate type). Guillotine Shear Blades move straight up and down, delivering better precision and longer service life—they’re the go-to for medium/thick plates and high-precision cutting. They handle tough, large scrap and need to be strong and wear-resistant.
Amada Shear Blades& Cincinnati Shear Blades: Made to fit specific machine brands, and built to match OEM standards for consistent, reliable performance.
D2 Shear Blades,DC53 (D2’s upgrade), and H13 Metal Shear Blades are the best options for heavy-duty, high-demand cutting tasks.
Cutting metal is hard on blades—they face high friction and sudden energy surges. Brittle blades chip easily, while soft ones bend and leave rough edges (burrs).
We use computerized vacuum furnaces for through-hardening. This keeps blades strong from surface to core, so they can be sharpened many times without losing performance.
D2 Shear Blades (and DC53, its upgrade): This hard steel resists wear and chipping, making it perfect for cold-cutting carbon steel and stainless steel. DC53 is tougher than standard D2, so it performs better in tough jobs.
H13 Metal Shear Blades (also SKD61 or 4Cr5MoSiV1): Built for high heat, it stays hard and sharp even when hot. It’s great for hot-cutting thick steel or cold-cutting strong alloys. Hardness: HRC 50–55.
A sharp, precise blade cuts required force by 30%—that means less wear on your machine.
All our Metal Shear Blades—Hydraulic, Guillotine, Amada, Cincinnati, D2, DC53, and H13—are ground to ±0.02mm precision, matching OEM standards for a perfect fit.
Precision avoids uneven wear, keeps blade gaps tight, and delivers clean cuts—no expensive rework needed.
Most Metal Shear Blades—D2, DC53, H13 included—break because of internal stress.
Our heat treatment (multiple heating/cooling cycles, or differential tempering) fixes this. It removes stress and keeps blades stable.
This means a strong core and cutting edge, flexibility under heavy loads, and longer blade life.
