Can you print the customer's brand logo or part number on the blades/dies?

Can you offer a Material Test Report (MTR) and hardness test certificate?
Yes. A full Mill Test Certificate (MTC), hardness inspection report, and dimensional inspection report can be supplied upon request along with the shipping documents.

What is your product warranty policy for cutting blades and press brake dies?
We guarantee that all products are free from manufacturing defects in raw materials and heat treatment for 3 months from the shipment date. Please note that this warranty excludes damage caused by improper installation, overloaded operation, normal wear and tear, or misuse.

Does ALAS provide free or paid samples for testing?
We offer small trial samples for quality evaluation. While initial sample costs and courier freight apply, these charges can be fully deducted from your subsequent formal bulk order.
