Professional Vacuum Heat TreatmentAfter strict vacuum heat treatment, our blades achieve consistent hardness of HRC 58–64 from surface to core. It strikes a practical balance between sharp edge retention and anti-chipping performance, avoiding easy damage during heavy cutting operations.
Full CNC Precision GrindingEvery key part of the blade, including cutting edges, countersink holes and mounting surfaces, is finished by precise CNC grinding. Both 2-edge and 4-edge reversible blades feature smooth surface and accurate assembly size for perfect installation.
1:1 Replacement FitOur custom shear blades are fully compatible with mainstream heavy-duty shearing machines, including LVD, Amada, Accurpress, Cincinnati, Komatsu and other well-known brands. Direct replacement with no modification needed.
Reusable Multi-Edge DesignFeaturing rotatable multi-edge structure, our blades can be turned to use new edges after one side gets dull. This effectively extends blade service life by 2–4 times and lowers your cost on blade regrinding and replacement.
Custom Size SupportWe produce integral long blades with a maximum length of 4000mm. Custom spliced blade sets and non-standard size blades are also available as per your drawings and technical requirements.
9CrSi (HRC 58–60): For light cutting of thin steel, aluminum, copper, plastic and leather; cost-effective.
Cr12MoV / SKD11 (HRC 58–60): For stainless steel, high-strength steel and sticky metals; wear and chip resistant.
6CrW2Si (HRC 60–62): For hot shearing and medium-strength steel; great heat resistance.
H13 (4Cr5MoSiV1) (HRC 50–55): For thick plates and hot shearing; anti-softening and anti-bending.
D2 (HRC 58–62): For carbon steel and non-metals; ideal for heavy cutting.

Recommended grade for sticky metals: Choose Cr12MoV or SKD11 for cutting stainless steel, titanium, aluminum and copper to avoid sticking and chipping.
