We engineer a comprehensive catalog of fabrication implements, including upper punches, lower dies, clamping systems, and adapters—available in both standard and bespoke specifications. Our products are fully compatible with mainstream press brakes worldwide

15+ years professional factory experience: We are a real tooling workshop, not a virtual trading office, with solid production and technical accumulation.
Micron-level precision: We control critical dimensions within ±0.01mm for all finished components.
Global export experience: Our products are directly exported to more than 40 countries worldwide.
100% full inspection: Every single unit undergoes a rigorous 100% full inspection before packaging before delivery, no sampling, no omissions.

Material: 42CrMo, Cr12MoV and high-grade alloy steel (material selection based on actual application scenarios)
Hardness: HRC 45–50, processed by induction hardening or quenching & tempering
Precision: ±0.01mm tolerance on all key dimensions, full-batch measurement guaranteed
Compliant Standards: European/Promecam, New Standard/Wila, American style
Compatible Brands: Amada, Trumpf, Wila, Bystronic, Promecam, Durma, Safan, Cincinnati, Niagara and more
Standard Segment Lengths: 515mm, 415mm, 300mm, 200mm, 100mm, 50mm, 40mm, 20mm, 15mm, 10mm

Thin sheet (under 3mm): V width = 6 × sheet thickness (for smaller fillets)
Medium sheet (3–8mm): V width = 8 × sheet thickness (universal standard for most bending scenarios)
Thick sheet (over 8mm): V width = 10–12 × sheet thickness (reduce bending force, prevent sheet cracking)
Discover our raw engineering capability in this in-house production log. The video details our heavy-duty horizontal milling machine executing deep-groove precision profiling on a high-grade forged steel block. By managing the entire press brake tooling manufacturing process in-house—from initial metal milling to progressive CNC grinding—ALAS guarantees absolute linear straightness, structural integrity, and uniform hardness across full-length punch and die sections.
Design: AutoCAD, SolidWorks, UG/NX for standard and custom tooling design
Processing: CNC grinding, wire EDM, CNC milling, professional heat treatment
Heat Treatment: Quenching & tempering, induction hardening, nitriding
Inspection: CMM, optical comparator, hardness tester for 100% full inspection of dimension and hardness
Optional Surface Treatment: Nitriding, TiN coating, anti-rust oil treatment
European / Promecam Style: Matches Amada, Promecam, Durma for general sheet metal bending
New Standard / Wila Style: Matches Trumpf, Bystronic, Safan for high-precision automatic bending
American Style: Matches Cincinnati, Niagara for heavy-duty industrial bending
Factory direct pricing: No middlemen, customers directly cooperate with the manufacturer to reduce costs
Efficient customization: In-house prototyping capability shortens customization cycle, no third-party communication barriers
Full quality traceability: Laser marking of material and batch number on every tool for full lifecycle tracking
Professional engineer support: One-on-one technical service by our design and production engineers
Scientific bending solution: Strictly follow V-groove rules and tonnage calculation to avoid tool overload and damage, supported by 15+ years of industry experience
Standard Tooling: In-stock inventory, fast delivery, compatible with most mainstream press brake machines
Custom Punches & Dies: Customized per customer drawings, samples or special bending requirements, covering gooseneck, offset, radius and irregular special-shaped tools
Tool Modification & Refurbishment: Professional re-grinding, angle correction, radius adjustment, re-heat treatment and coating for used tooling to extend service life

A: For 3–8mm medium sheet metal, adopt 8× thickness V width (most commonly used). For sheets under 3mm, use 6× thickness for smaller fillets. For sheets over 8mm, use 10–12× thickness to reduce bending force and prevent cracking.
A: Adopt over-bent punches. Use 85° punches for 90° stainless steel bending; 86°–88° punches for standard 90° mild steel bending.
A: Straight punches for conventional flat bending; sharp-angle punches for small-angle bending and springback compensation; gooseneck punches for U-channel and deep bending (anti-collision); radius punches for curved workpiece processing.
A: Calculate bending tonnage scientifically based on sheet thickness, V width and material strength. Keep actual load 10–15% below the tool’s rated capacity. Use thickened or segmented tools for high-strength steel bending.
A: Yes. We customize non-standard clamping interfaces and tool holders for Amada, Promecam, Wila, Trumpf and other special equipment.
A: Standard tools: No MOQ. Custom tools: 1 set MOQ. Standard order lead time: 7–15 days. Custom order lead time: 20–30 days. Rush orders are acceptable for negotiation.
A: Yes. We provide sea, air and express shipping services, covering North America, Europe, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, South America and other regions, with successful export experience to 40+ countries.
