To handle such extreme lengths, we utilize high-precision grinding machines that ensure a straightness tolerance of ±0.02mm over the entire blade. Every blade is crafted from premium tool steel (such as 9CrSi, 6CrW2Si, D2,H13 or Cr12MoV) and undergoes rigorous cooling during grinding to prevent thermal stress. The result is a razor-sharp, durable edge that guarantees clean, burr-free cuts for high-tonnage shearing operations.
