Our blades are the core of single-shaft shredders, responsible for cutting and tearing all types of waste.
We use in-house precision CNC machining to make every blade (concave or flat) cut cleanly.
Clean cutting reduces machine vibration and saves energy during heavy use.
Unlike cheap blades, ALAS blades work well with your shredder—reducing stress on rotors and motors, and boosting efficiency.
Our blades last longer between regrinds and keep their sharp edge—cutting down on TCO.
We’re not just a supplier—we’re your partner. We learn about your materials and goals to help you work faster.
D2 alloy: Great for abrasive materials (hardness HRC 58-60)
DC53 alloy: Stronger and more durable (hardness HRC 62-63) for mixed or impure materials
Small (35×35×25mm): For soft materials like plastic film
Standard (40×40×25mm/60×60mm): For most common uses
Large (80×80×30mm): For heavy materials like tires and wood
Our square and concave blades have 4 edges you can rotate—making each blade last 4x longer.
Fewer replacements = less downtime and lower costs.
Every blade gets advanced vacuum heat treatment, with hardness controlled between 58-63 HRC.
Balances sharpness and durability—no chipping or cracking, even with mixed/impure materials.
Treatment tailored to each alloy: DC53 for strength, D2 for wear resistance.
CNC-machined to exact sizes—no misalignment, less vibration.
Central mounting holes (convex or flat) keep blades stable at high speeds.
Some designs have a recessed cutting edge for more precise cutting.
Extends your shredder’s life and keeps output consistent.
Blanking & forging: Makes the metal stronger
Heat treatment: Balances sharpness and durability
Precision machining: CNC, wire cutting, grinding for accuracy
Quality control: Hardness tests, size checks, and defect inspections
Only high-grade D2 and DC53 tool steels—matched to your needs.
More consistent output sizes
Lower energy costs
Less money spent per ton of processed material
Longer blade life—less time replacing blades, more time working
