Chemical Composition: 4% Chromium (Cr), 5% Molybdenum (Mo), 1% Silicon (Si), 1% Vanadium (V), and iron (Fe) as the base metal.
Performance: Good thermal stability, strong shock resistance, and high toughness. Hardness after heat treatment: HRC 50-55. It stays stable under high temperature and pressure, without softening or deformation.
Impact: The "all-rounder" for scrap yards. Ideal for heavy scrap steel and thick materials. Works well with gantry shears and alligator shears. Reduces blade replacement and protects hydraulic scrap shear parts.
Chemical Composition: 6CrW2Si: 6% Chromium (Cr), 2% Tungsten (W), 1% Silicon (Si); S7: Mainly Chromium (Cr), Molybdenum (Mo), and Vanadium (V).
Performance: Designed to resist chipping. High toughness to handle high-frequency impact. Hardness balances strength and flexibility, preventing edge breakage.
Impact: Perfect for hard scrap (spring steel, old railway rails). Reduces blade damage and lowers maintenance costs for recycling yard equipment.
Chemical Composition: High carbon (1.5-2.0%) and high chromium (11-13%), plus small amounts of Molybdenum (Mo) and Vanadium (V).
Performance: Excellent wear resistance. Hardness after heat treatment: HRC 58-62. Good toughness for thin but hard scrap.
Impact: Ideal for thin, hard scrap. Long service life, suitable for small to medium scrap yards with low to medium shear intensity.
Alligator Shears: For small to medium scrap yards. Blades handle frequent impact, perfect for rebar cutting blades and small scrap steel.
Gantry Shears: Heavy-duty blades for long, thick scrap steel and steel beams. Matches high-load operation, ideal for steel beam shearing.

Vacuum Heat Treatment: Ensures even hardness inside and out. Prevents early breakage from internal stress, boosts toughness and wear resistance, and reduces hydraulic scrap shear parts replacement.
