Protect the Mill Stand: The mill stand is the most valuable fixed part of the rolling mill. Stand liners act as "sacrificial parts" to take wear, so the expensive stand itself is not damaged. Replacing liners is much easier and cheaper than repairing the stand.
Guide Bearing Chocks Precisely: To make rolled steel sheets of uniform thickness, bearing chocks must move steadily. Liners keep chocks from swinging sideways and ensure rolls stay in their correct position, even under high pressure.
Buffer Impact: When steel billets enter the rolls, they cause strong vibration and force. Liners spread this force evenly to the stand and absorb some impact, preventing cracks in the stand.
Prevent Corrosion & Wear: Rolling mills have cooling water, emulsion and scale. Liners work with the lubrication system to block scale and water, reducing wear and corrosion on the stand.

Hard Material: We use high-quality alloy, tool steels and bimetal composite materials. Our special heat treatment makes the surface hardness HRC 52-55, so they resist heavy friction from bearing chocks.
High Precision: Our liners are ground to be flat and parallel (within 0.02mm per meter). This stops vibration and ensures smooth, high-speed rolling.
Corrosion Resistance: Optional surface treatments (like nitriding or special coatings) prevent rust and surface damage.
