2. Return Process
Please follow these steps to initiate a return:

4. Send the Product Back: Ship the packaged product to the address provided in the RA notification. You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong product, defective product).
5. Inspection and Processing: Once we receive your returned product, our team will inspect it to confirm it meets the return eligibility criteria. This inspection usually takes 3-5 business days.
6. Refund or Exchange:
- If the return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. The refund amount will be the full purchase price, excluding any shipping fees (unless the return is due to our error).
- If you request an exchange (for a different size, color, or model), we will ship the new product to you once the returned product is inspected and approved. Any price difference between the original product and the exchanged product will be charged or refunded accordingly.
