Our standard modular configurations cover 20mm, 40mm, 200mm, 500mm, and 800mm segment lengths. The full 835mm standard upper punch sets are precision-divided into a 10-piece flexible combination: 10mm, 15mm, 20mm, 40mm, 50mm, 100mm, 100mm left horn offset, 100mm right horn offset, 200mm, and 300mm. This segmented assembly perfectly accommodates any custom workpiece length, lowers overall tool-handling weight, and permits fast cost-saving replacement of worn individual blocks rather than full die sets.
Engineered to comply strictly with European, American, and Japanese industrial tool holder standards, our tooling kits offer a direct, seamless fit for Wila and Amada quick-clamping systems. Available in premium 42CrMo and 55SiCr alloy steel, the full tool kits undergo integrated vacuum heat treatment complemented by advanced plasma ion nitriding. This achieves a deep hardened case with a surface hardness of HRC 45–56, boosting overall wear resistance by 60% compared to ordinary, untreated carbon steel dies for long-term stable production.
To combat the natural elastic recovery of high-tensile materials, our punches feature specifically engineered 85°, 86°, and 88° acute overbend geometries alongside classic 30° sharp profiles. This design offsets the springback of stainless steel and high-strength plates, effectively solving the common issue of oversized opening angles after stroke release.

A1: Purchasing a full synchronized tool kit ensures that all segments are ground in the same production batch, guaranteeing a unified overall height tolerance (±0.02mm). This eliminates angle variations when mixing older or separately sourced individual segments. It also provides the exact length combinations needed for complex 4-sided box forming right out of the box.
A2: Our standard 835mm full punch kit consists of 10 segmented pieces: 10mm, 15mm, 20mm, 40mm, 50mm, 100mm, 100mm (Left Horn Offset), 100mm (Right Horn Offset), 200mm, and 300mm. For narrower requirements, we offer a 415mm short kit containing 7 segments (10/15/20/40/50/100/180mm).
A3: The 100mm left and right horn segments feature specialized side cutouts (clearance reliefs). When assembling a full tool set for box fabrication, these ear segments are positioned at the outermost ends. They provide critical physical clearance for the previously folded vertical flanges of the box, preventing side interference and tool collision during the final bends.
A4: Yes. While our standard 10-piece configuration satisfies 95% of standard enclosure manufacturing, our engineering team can provide custom-segmented splitting services.
