Clean spindle and fitting surface completely; confirm correct assembly direction
Fasten bolts symmetrically with standard torque to avoid eccentric load
Excessive clearance: Serious edge burrs and corner collapse
Insufficient clearance: Accelerated edge wear, higher energy consumption and shorter service life
Clean metal chips and oil stains on blade edges during operation
Coat spare blades with anti-rust oil, store separately in professional blade boxes
Store blades in dry, flat environment; avoid collision and stacking extrusion
