The FIBC bulk bag cutter blade is a dedicated OEM/ODM replacement component designed for standard ton bag unloaders and bag dump stations. The entire cutting process relies purely on bag dead weight, requiring no electrical power, pneumatic connection, or auxiliary power sources. Two universal mounting solutions adapt to most factory layout and equipment configurations:
Floor-mounted Installation: The base flange with prefabricated anchor slots is bolted and fixed to concrete floors. Ideal for discharge scenarios involving underground material pits, floor grilles, and sub-floor pneumatic conveying systems.
Hopper/Equipment Inlet Installation: The flange can be fixed via bolting, clamping, or welding on the inlet of storage bins, buffer hoppers, mixers, and extruders. It efficiently converts traditional manual dumping stations into automatic continuous discharge inlets.

The precision four-sided blade neatly cuts PP woven bags, thick plastic inner liners and multi-layer paper bags.
