GQ40 / GQ45 / GQ50 / GQ60 Rebar Cutting Machine Blades – 4-Sided Usable Square Blades

Boost your rebar cutting output with our heavy-duty square blades for GQ series cutters. These blades fit GQ40, GQ42, GQ45, GQ50 and GQ60 machines, with four usable cutting edges to cut downtime. Three material grades in stock: H13, Cr12MoV (D2) and 9CrSi, suitable from common mild steel up to high-strength HRB500 deformed rebar.
Standard GQ40 blade size is 83×83×26mm, direct swap for GQ42 and GQ45 as well. We make custom dimension blades for GQ50 and GQ60; just send your machine specs.

Ideal for mass cutting HRB400 and lower grade rebar, small & medium bars below 25mm and automatic batch cutting lines.

9CrSi (HRC 55-60)

Average wear resistance at lower cost.
Fit for HPB300 plain round bar, light load and intermittent cutting, portable rebar cutters.
Pro Tip: Pick H13 for mixed rebar grades or welded spots to avoid blade chipping. Choose Cr12MoV for HRB400 bulk cutting to get longer service time between sharpening.
