Detailed Features of H13 (4Cr5MoSiV1)

Performance: Excellent high-temperature strength, impact toughness and thermal fatigue resistance. It keeps good hardness and cutting performance in high temperatures, and is not easy to soften or deform.
Hardness: HRC 50-55 (after heat treatment)
Applicability: Works well for hot-shearing strip steel and thick plates, and cold-shearing high-strength alloy steel and thick stainless steel plates. It is also compatible with SKD61 (equivalent grade) and can be replaced by Ni-Cr-Mo heat-resistant steel for extreme high-temperature work.
