Rebar upsetting machine pier head (also known as upsetting die / heading die) is the core forming component of rebar upsetting machines, widely used in prestressed concrete pipe pile production, bridge engineering, high-rise building construction and other infrastructure fields. It is mainly used to perform cold upsetting forming on the ends of PC steel bars, prestressed steel wires and ordinary threaded steel bars, expanding the end cross-section to form a standard pier head, so as to meet the requirements of subsequent tension anchoring, mechanical splicing and thread processing.
