Precision & Quality
Our blades meet strict standards for every job:
Flatness: Straightness error ≤ 0.02mm
Fit: Works for Guillotine shear knives, Hydraulic cutting tools, and more
How to Choose the Right Blade
Ordinary carbon steel (Q195, Q235): 9CrSi or Cr12MoV
Aluminum/copper, low hardness steel: SKD11 or D2
Light stainless, medium steel: SKD11 or D2
Thick stainless, high strength alloy: H13 or LD
Hot shearing (high temp): H13 or H13K
High precision, heavy duty: ASP23/ASP60
Extend Blade Life
Rotate edges: Most blades have 2-4 edges; flip them
Correct gap: Match gap to material thickness
Lubricate: Proper lubrication reduces wear by 15%
Important Notes
Balance hardness & toughness: Too hard = chip; too soft = dull
Heat treatment matters: Good materials need proper quenching/tempering
Sticky materials (stainless, aluminum): Choose Cr12MoV/SKD11 to prevent sticking

Shearing Machine Blades FAQ
Q1: Shipping one set of blades from China costs too much. How to cut total cost?
A: Industrial blades are heavy, so single-set shipping and customs fees are high.
We recommend bulk ordering 3–5 sets at once to share fixed logistics costs, cutting per-unit shipping cost by 40%–60%.
Our blades adopt professional vacuum heat treatment, with long service life and stable performance. Stocking up saves logistics budget and works as production backup — much cheaper than urgent shipping when machines break down suddenly.
Q2: Can the blades be re-ground? How many times?
A: Yes. Our blades are fully hardened (HRC 58-62), with uniform hardness from surface to core, not just surface hardening.
Without major structural damage, they can be re-ground 3–5 times or more with no drop in hardness or cutting performance, greatly improving ROI.
Q3: Blade breaks suddenly; international shipping is too slow for replacement.
A: We suggest the 1+N spare stock model: add at least one emergency spare set in your first order to avoid production halt caused by long cross-border delivery.
For regular customers, we provide priority air express, delivering to major global industrial hubs in 5–7 days. Though air freight costs more, it avoids huge losses from production downtime.
