Heavy rebar cutting creates strong mechanical impact and thermal friction. 9CrSi does not have enough hardness for heavy-load work, while Cr12MoV is overly brittle and cracks easily. Our premium H13 steel is formulated with 5% Chromium, 1% Molybdenum and 1% Vanadium. It maintains a stable hardness of HRC 50–55 while delivering excellent core toughness. It can withstand harsh cutting impacts without cracking or breaking, making it the most reliable material for continuous high-tensile rebar cutting.
US Standard: AISI H13
German Standard: DIN 1.2344 (4Cr5MoSiV1)
Japanese Standard: JIS SKD61
Rotate edges on time: Our blades come with 4 or 8 usable edges. Rotate the blade immediately when one edge turns dull to make full use of the blade.
Tighten mounting bolts: Keep blades firmly installed. Even slight looseness will cause strong impact during cutting and damage the blade edge.
Set a proper blade gap: Adjust the blade gap to around 10% of the rebar diameter. A standard gap ensures balanced stress and smooth cutting, preventing premature chipping and wear.
GQ40: For small sites, cuts rebar up to φ32mm
GQ50: All-round model for regular work, cuts rebar up to φ40mm
GQ60: Heavy duty for thick rebar, cuts rebar up to φ50mm
TYC-HD42A / TYC-D35: Stationary heavy-duty cutters for tough jobs
TYC-NHD25 / TYC-HD19A: Light portable units, ideal for tight spaces and overhead work
RC-16: Cuts rebar up to φ16mm
RC-20: Cuts rebar up to φ20mm
RC-25: Cuts rebar up to φ25mm
LXR-HC24: Cuts rebar up to φ24mm
LXR-HC26: Cuts rebar up to φ26mm
LXR-HC38: Cuts rebar up to φ38mm
LXR-HC45: Cuts rebar up to φ45mm
Main components: Carbon, chromium, molybdenum, silicon, manganese and vanadium
Impurities like phosphorus and sulfur: Controlled under 0.030%
Hardness: HRC 50–55
Great toughness and shock resistance, not easy to crack or chip
Stays stable after long hours of heavy cutting
